RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange please email us at hello@shopportageandmain.com for instructions on how to proceed.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Items discounted over 20% are final sale.

REFUND CONFIRMATION
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Portage and Main is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please mail to: 1883 Rutherford Road SW Edmonton Alberta T6W 1V3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at hello@shopportageandmain.com for instructions on how to proceed.
