RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
**DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Gift cards, pacifiers, swimwear, teethers and teether chains are non-returnable.
We are proud to repair any garments that have a manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of purchase.
A refund can only be issued within 14 days of purchase on regular priced goods only. After 14 days (or any goods purchased on sale), we can offer an exchange or gift card for any goods in brand new condition with tags attached (and/or original packaging). The current value of the goods can be put towards an exchange on the spot or popped on a gift card for a future purchase. We reserve the right to revoke this offer at anytime.
You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition). We must receive the item(s) by mail within 7 days of your reaching out.
To initiate a return or exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, do not return your goods to any store. They are unable to process any returns.
Items discounted are final sale.
When returning items purchased online for a refund you will not be refunded for the cost of shipping. This is not the amount you paid for shipping- this is the real cost for us to send it to you. For example, if you received free shipping and return your order or part of your order we will subtract the real shipping cost from what you paid during the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to proceed.
