We are proud to repair any garments that have a manufacturers defect within 90 days of purchase.

A refund can only be issued within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days any items will be exchange or store credit only up to 30 days. Any items discounted 25%+ are final sale, no returns or exchanges. 

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days.

When returning items purchased online for a refund you will not be refunded for the cost of shipping. This is not the amount you paid for shipping. This is the real cost for us to send it to you. For example, if you received free shipping and return your entire order we will subtract the real shipping cost fro what you paid during the return process.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
