Live in the Sunshine Rash Guard UPF 50
Swimwear should be fun and comfortable. That is what we achieved with our new swimwear collection.
Our Rash Guards fit very slim. If you want a loose fit this is not the shirt you are looking for. The baby sizes fit super long to cover the diaper butt.
Originally created (and named) for surfers, rash guards are designed to protect against the kind of rash you might get against a sandy surfboard, or from the chafing of a neoprene wetsuit. Designed with built in sun protection, these short sleeve surf shirts have UPF protection built in, to keep sunburns and sand burns off your shoulders. Constructed with UPF 50 fabric, they are form-fitting and compressive, and designed to be worn with swimwear. Rash guards are even made to provide an extra layer of warmth in chilly waters
The UPF rate indicates how much of the sun's UV radiation is absorbed by the fabric. For example, a fabric with a UPF rating of 50 only allows 1/50th of the sun's UV radiation to pass through it. This means that this fabric will reduce your skin's UV radiation exposure by 50 times (98% UV block) in areas where the skin is protected by the fabric.
